E-mail Forwarding
Find out about e-mail forwarding, the way it works and in which scenarios it is beneficial to have it enabled.
The term e-mail forwarding describes an e-mail being forwarded from a recipient address towards a third-party address which is not listed as a receiver. For instance, a client sends an e-mail from their personal mail box to support@domain.com and as far as they are concerned, it is the single receiver. If there is an active forwarding, the message could be forwarded to owner@domain.com, for instance, although the customer in no way intended the e-mail to be sent there and might not be aware about the existence of this mailbox. There are several reasons for using such forwarding. For example, if you've various emails you'll be able to forward each of them to a one email address, which will make checking e-mails less difficult and will allow you to get messages and respond to them in a timely manner. The feature could also be used if a number of individuals should get a copy of an email message sent to a standard mail box.

E-mail Forwarding in Shared Web Hosting
It is really easy to configure forwarding for every e-mail address created inside a
shared web hosting account with our company. This can be achieved either while you make a new mailbox using your Hepsia Hosting Control Panel, or at any time in the future as the forwarding can be activated and deactivated for any active mailbox with a couple of mouse clicks. You can also choose if a backup of the incoming e-mails will be maintained on our servers, a pretty helpful feature. This can be a fail-safe if the remote email address is not available for some cause, not mentioning that you'll also have a backup of all your emails. When this feature is not activated for a specific e-mail address on our end, an inbound e-mail will be received and sent forward, so absolutely no record of it will stay on the server. In case the remote email address is inaccessible for the moment, you will simply lose this e-mail.
