If your ticket or email needs additional assistance from a server admin, we’ll forward it and leave a note to notify you that your case is being worked on. If you order the Managed Services package, all of the server management services included there will be performed at a time of your choosing.

- We’ll be at your disposal 24–7 to reply to any queries that you may have pertaining to our Control Panel or any of the apps that we have preinstalled for you on the dedicated web hosting server. In case you also need assistance tackling server administration procedures, you can check out our Managed Services package, which includes data backup hard disk drive storage space, weekly OS updates, server monitoring and restarting procedures, plus software installation and problem troubleshooting procedures.

Our Control Panel was preinstalled for every dedicated server. Among its characteristics is a rather time and effort–saving integrated knowledgebase that will walk you step by step on all the tasks that you can carry out. Most instructional articles in addition video versions which show all the tasks that you can carry out in a highly illustrative way. You will find all the how–to articles and the video tutorials in the upper right corner of each Control Panel section.
